Musical Festival in Nafplio

MUSICAL FESTIVAL IN NAFPLIOThe musical festival of Nafplio continues its 23 years tradition as a key cultural event of the Greek summer. It takes place usually in the end of June and for ten days through the music shows it displays all the monumental sites of the Nafplio city- from the magical Palamidi castle up to the historical Bourtzi castle. The festival embraces emerging musicians and has been recognized as one of the most consistent and successful thematic institutions of the Greek region which has hosted some of the brightest figures and artists of international classical scene and has been honored with the distinction of the best festivals of the Greek Union of Music Critics.
